  • Performed manual GUI and ADA testing on a brokerage mobile application for system quality assurance. Tested multiple models of tablets and smartphones to identity potential functionality issues with different elements and the platform they occur on. Verified the inclusion of specific attributes, such as alt-text (text descriptions) for images and videos, to determine the compliance with ADA guidelines.

EIT (Enterprise Information Technology) Internship
June - Aug. 2017

  • Tested modifications to OCC (Office of the Comptroller of the Currency) complaints process and developed understanding of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle). Automated quality assurance routines using Access, Excel, and UFT to increase test coverage while decreasing test execution time, supporting increased reporting frequency when needed. Applied this process to the consolidating reporting across multiple lines of business.
